1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and idn999 ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the idn999 website, mobile applications, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. 2. Definitions

• Account: The personal gaming account created by a User to access idn999 services, containing personal information, financial records, and gaming history.
• Bonus: Any promotional offer, free bet, cashback, or other incentive provided by idn999 to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• Deposit: The transfer of funds from a User's bank account or e-wallet to their idn999 Account for the purpose of placing wagers.
• Withdrawal: The transfer of funds from a User's idn999 Account balance to their designated bank account or e-wallet.
• Wager: A bet placed by a User on any game, sporting event, or other gaming product offered on the Platform.
• RTP (Return to Player): The theoretical percentage of total wagered money that a game returns to players over time.
• KYC (Know Your Customer): The verification process requiring Users to provide government-issued identification and proof of address.
• Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp): The official currency of Indonesia and the primary currency for transactions on idn999.

3. Eligibility Requirements

3.1 Age Restriction

You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account and use idn999 services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and any funds forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

Our services are intended for residents of Indonesia. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws. idn999 makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in locations outside Indonesia.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from engaging in online gaming activities.

3.4 Prohibited Persons

The following individuals are prohibited from using idn999 services:

• Persons under 21 years of age
• Individuals who have self-excluded from gaming activities
• Residents of jurisdictions where online gaming is illegal
• Employees, consultants, or agents of idn999 and their immediate family members
• Employees or affiliates of gaming software providers whose games are offered on our Platform
• Professional sports participants or officials betting on their own sport
• Individuals on our exclusion list due to fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To use idn999 services, you must create a personal Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You may only register one Account. Multiple accounts registered by the same User are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to immediately notify idn999 of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. idn999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

idn999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP or passport)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement not older than 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement, e-wallet screenshot)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document

Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in Account suspension and inability to withdraw funds until verification is completed. All documents must be clear, legible, and show all four corners of the document.

4.4 Account Information Updates

You must keep your Account information current and accurate. You agree to promptly update any changes to your personal details, contact information, or payment methods through your Account settings or by contacting customer support.

4.5 Account Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. idn999 reserves the right to close or suspend Accounts at our sole discretion for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance subject to verification procedures. Bonus funds and pending wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

idn999 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. All deposits must be made from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned and potential Account suspension.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Most deposits are processed instantly or within 5 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours may take up to 24 hours to process. idn999 does not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

5.3 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds in your Account at any time, subject to identity verification and compliance with bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching your verified identity documents.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are typically reviewed and approved within 4-8 hours during business days (Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 WIB). After approval, funds are transferred to your designated account, with arrival time depending on your bank's processing schedule (usually same day or next business day). First-time withdrawals may require additional verification time.

5.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

idn999 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or where fraud is suspected. You must wager your deposit at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawing unless otherwise specified. Funds obtained through bonuses must meet all stated wagering requirements before withdrawal. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on your Account status and verification level.

5.6 Currency

All transactions on idn999 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit from a non-IDR source, your bank or payment provider's exchange rate will apply, and any associated conversion fees are your responsibility.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

idn999 may offer various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated in the promotional materials. By accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, meaning you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before you can withdraw any winnings. Wagering requirements typically range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount. Different games may contribute differently toward meeting wagering requirements: slots usually contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20% or be excluded entirely.

6.3 Bonus Restrictions

Only one active bonus per Account is permitted at any time. Bonuses are intended for recreational players and may not be exploited for guaranteed profit through hedging, arbitrage, or other low-risk strategies. Maximum bet limits (typically Rp 25,000 per spin/hand) apply while wagering bonus funds. Exceeding these limits may result in bonus forfeiture and voiding of associated winnings.

6.4 Bonus Forfeiture

idn999 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if we determine that bonus terms have been violated, if multiple accounts are being used to claim bonuses, or if fraudulent activity is detected. Requesting a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.

6.5 Promotional Changes

idn999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. We may also exclude certain players from promotional eligibility at our discretion, particularly if abuse or advantage play is suspected.

7. Gaming Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play

All Users must engage in fair play. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Collusion with other players to gain unfair advantage
• Use of software, bots, or automated systems to place bets
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for profit
• Card counting or other advantage techniques in live casino games
• Arbitrage betting or hedging strategies to guarantee profit
• Late betting or "past posting" on sporting events after outcomes are known
• Coordinated betting with accomplices to manipulate results

7.2 Game Results

All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Sports betting results are determined by official results from the governing sports authority. In cases of obvious error (manifestly incorrect odds, technical glitches, etc.), idn999 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

7.3 Dispute Resolution

If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must notify customer support within 48 hours of the disputed transaction. All disputes will be investigated based on our server records, which are considered final and binding. idn999's decision on all gaming disputes is final.

7.4 Responsible Gaming

idn999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help you maintain control including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. 8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the idn999 Platform:

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one Account to abuse bonuses or circumvent restrictions
• Identity Fraud: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Underage Gaming: Allowing persons under 21 years of age to access your Account
• Unauthorized Access: Accessing another User's Account or attempting to breach Platform security
• Payment Fraud: Using stolen credit cards, fraudulent bank accounts, or unauthorized payment methods
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonuses through hedging, arbitrage, or coordinated play
• Market Manipulation: Attempting to manipulate betting markets or odds
• Software Exploitation: Using bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer Platform software
• Harassment: Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Users or idn999 staff
• Illegal Content: Uploading malicious code, viruses, or illegal content to the Platform

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action. idn999 reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the idn999 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and game designs, is the property of idn999 or its content suppliers and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The idn999 name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of idn999. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission. All other trademarks, service marks, and logos used on the Platform are the property of their respective owners.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content without express written authorization from idn999.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, idn999, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the Platform
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in the Platform
• Loss or corruption of data
• Viruses or malicious code obtained through the Platform

In no event shall idn999's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your Account in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

idn999 does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, nor do we guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or data on the Platform. You use the Platform at your own risk.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which idn999 is licensed to operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

By using idn999 services, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection to the inconvenience of such forum.
